We introduced customer profile fields in online booking to help you collect information you need to book accurately and to customize services or classes to your customer’s preferences:

Use customer profile fields to collect information like birthday or allergies which only needs to be collected once and saved to the customer’s profile. You can view the fields in appointment details for easy access to the information you need to book the right services/staff or adjust a customer’s appointment request:

Note: if you need to collect information or consent for every appointment and not just once, check out our Forms feature which automatically sends a form after every appointment is booked.
