Block customers from booking online
You can now block customers from booking online to reduce repeat no-shows and cancellations and protect yourself and your staff.
You can block customers from their customer profile in Directory. Once a customer is blocked, they will not be able to book any appointments, classes or join your waitlist through your online booking site. When blocked customers attempt these actions, they will see a message that the action was unable to complete and any card provided will not be charged:
We know you need control over who books online, so that existing customers continue to have a frictionless experience while also managing customers who consistently no-show, cancel last-minute or otherwise violate your policies.
